PRIVATE HYPNOSIS SESSIONS:

FIRST SESSION:  During this session you will begin to break the anchors associated with smoking.  Following a discussion regarding your smoking triggers and habits, your hypnotherapist will create hypnosis suggestions specifically designed to prepare you to quit smoking.  Each day you will be smoking less so that the nicotine leaves your system gradually.  At the time you will be cutting down to a least half of what you are currently smoking.

 Hypnosis recording will be provided for home reinforcement.  Stress Management is included with each session.

 SECOND SESSION:  This is your Stop Smoking Day.  This session is scheduled one week after your first session.  After reviewing your progress with decreasing cigarette consumption, hypnosis techniques and therapeutic suggestions are customized to ensure your success.  You will find out about foods that act as a natural patch in order to avoid withdrawal symptoms.  You will also learn a quick and easy process for self-hypnosis and stress management.

Weight and Shape Management

 

Do you eat when you’re emotional or unconsciously? You can be taught willpower through hypnotherapy to overcome cravings by intensifying your inner healthy subconscious.

As you continue to reduce weight, you will notice that you are constantly reinforcing your new habit patterns of exercise and proper eating. Your self esteem continues to climb towards your new positive self image.

It is important for the person managing chronic pain to have a plan of action, or discipline. In hypnosis work we use images freely as they give the subconscious mind a very good idea of direction. Once you understand how the mind works, it will become abundantly clear why this is so very necessary. As we develop a discipline for opening the stress at lower levels throughout the day, we are actually programming the mind for pain release. If we check in with the body and it is responding with a high pain message, we learn to open this as well with imagery. In the opening comes the release or diminishing of the pain sensations.

We can learn to notice the emotions that accompany the pain and receive their messages as well. As we learn to open and heal we notice the pain diminishing by itself. This type of inner work is very rewarding and allows us to grow in many other areas of our lives.
